Great flavor for homemade cider
I used two sticks in a pot of apple cider and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. The cinnamon flavor was warm and noticeable without becoming bitter. The sticks arrived intact and smelled fresh as soon as I opened the bag.
-
Fresh and fragrant
Much more aromatic than the cinnamon sticks from my grocery store. I’ve been adding one to my evening tea, and the same stick can usually be steeped more than once.
-
Great for mulled wine
These were exactly the right size for my mulled-wine recipe. They added a rich cinnamon flavor. I’ll order the larger bag next time.
-
Good quality, with a few broken pieces
The cinnamon smelled wonderful and worked very well in my simmer pot. A couple of the sticks were broken during shipping, but I could still use them, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the quality was very good.
-
Wonderful for baking and drinks
I ground a few pieces for baking and saved the whole sticks for cider. The flavor is strong, sweet and woody.
-
Made the whole house smell amazing
I simmered two sticks with orange peel and cloves, and the fragrance filled the kitchen without smelling artificial or overpowering.
-
Fresh
The four-inch length fits easily into my saucepan and mugs. The sticks are flavorful, and the bag contained a nice amount for the price. I only wish the package gave a few more suggestions for how many sticks to use.

A beautiful drink garnish
I bought these for a holiday gathering and used them in hot cider. They added flavor while also making the drinks look festive.
-
Easy addition to tea
I add one stick to black tea with a little orange peel. It gives the tea a warm cinnamon flavor without adding sugar. The aroma is noticeably fresher than the sticks I had in my pantry.

Worked well in a simmer pot
I put two of these in a small pot with apple slices, orange peel and a few cloves. The house smelled great for most of the afternoon!
-
Just what I needed for cider
I used three sticks in a gallon of cider for a family get-together. After simmering for about half an hour, the cinnamon flavor came through nicely but didn’t take over the drink. We used the sticks as garnish after.

Beautiful and practical
The jars look great on the counter and the spices perform even better in the pan. A rare case where the product looks as good as it tastes. Thrilled with the purchase.
